Photome.online provides AI-powered photo enhancement with free quotas, subscriptions, and credit packs. Features, templates, and limits may change at any time.

2) Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to enter a binding contract and use the Service for lawful purposes. Account security is your responsibility.

3) Your Content and License

• •Ownership: You retain rights to photos you upload and enhanced outputs.
• •Your promises: You have all rights to process the images you submit. No images of minors, sexual content, or illegal material.
• •License to us: You grant a limited, revocable license to host, process, and transmit your content to operate the Service and provide support. It ends when files are deleted under our retention rules.

4) Acceptable Use

Do not:

• •Violate laws or third-party rights.
• •Upload content that is illegal, hateful, or sexual, or that depicts minors.
• •Attempt to bypass quotas, security, or payment systems.
• •Use outputs for impersonation or deception.

We may suspend or terminate for violations.

5) Plans, Payments, and Refunds

• •Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply.
• •Subscriptions: Renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.
• •Credit packs: One-time, non-refundable unless required by law.
• •Refunds: Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Billing issues: help@photome.online.

6) Third-Party Services

We rely on vendors (e.g., cloud, payment, model providers). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

7) Intellectual Property

All Service software, templates, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as stated.

8) Feedback

If you send feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it without restriction.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

11) Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your content or misuse of the Service.

12) Modifications and Termination

We may change or discontinue the Service and update these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
